Made with grapes selected from the best plots of our Binifadet estate in the south of the island of Menorca, characterized by its calcareous soil. Harvested by hand.
Some of the wine has finished its fermentation in French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel at 17°C. Aged on lees for 4 months. Coldstabilization to avoid precipitates. No malolactic fermentation.
Bright pink. Very elegant and smooth aroma, a clear hit of red fruits (raspberries and cherries) and sweet spices such as cinnamon stick. On the palate it is very fresh, pleasant and full-flavoured.
