Harvested by hand. Fermentation at 17ºC in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation or storage in barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Bright yellow colour. Fresh, light and aromatic aroma. Pleasant, fruity and light on the palate. Bright and light wine that will liven up any informal meal.
