Made with grapes selected from the best plots of our Binifadet estate in the south of the island of Menorca, characterized by its calcareous soil.
Harvested by hand.
Cold skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 17°C in stainless steel. Aged on lees for 5 months. Cold stabilization to avoid precipitates. No malolactic fermentation or storage in barrels.
Bright yellow colour. Complex, fresh, mineral and above all fruity aroma, the stone fruit notes make way for a wide range of flowers and dried herbs. On the palate it is full-flavoured, long, with medium persistence and a very pleasant floral after-taste.
