Melipetó is a sweet and embracing experience. Two light sweet wines designed to be enjoyed quietly in small petons, little kisses in Catalan, turning an aperitif or after-dinner drink into a special occasion. With a pleasant character, their fruity notes stand out, creating them a dessert in their own right. Unlike other sweet wines, Melipetó has less sugar, more acidity and lower alcohol content, resulting in fresh wines with a subtle and balanced sweetness.
Manual harvest. Fermentation at 17ºC in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation halted by chilling, leaving 70 g/litre of sugar.
Sweet white wine with a bright golden colour. Aroma of orange blossom, jasmine, peach skin and lychee. Fruity, pleasant and fresh on the palate.
