Cold maceration of the whole grape for two days. Alcoholic fermentation with skins and seeds and lees work for 6 months in a clay jar periodically opening the lid looking for controlled oxidation.
Straw yellow color. Aroma of cereals, honey, dried herbs, wilted flowers, citrus, stone fruit, ripe fruit and yeast notes. In the mouth it is powerful and balanced, with a taste of ripe fruit.
