Fermentation at 23°C in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Bright cherry colour of medium depth. Subtle, very balsamic and fresh aroma, very present notes of mountain herbs balanced with the nuances of its subtle time in French oak, vanilla and dark chocolate, the fruit appears in the background and settles after a few minutes in the glass. On the palate it is pleasant, elegant and silky. One of the best examples of Menorcan red wine on the market.
