Made with grapes selected from the best plots of our Binifadet estate in the south of the island of Menorca, characterized by its calcareous soil. Harvested by hand.
Fermentation at 23°C in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Bright cherry colour. Pleasant, elegant and balsamic aroma, very present notes of aromatic herbs well balanced with the ripe fruit and sweet spices from ageing in barrel. Smooth, elegant and light but very complex on the palate.
